Ryou remains silent, but he does move to the fridge, obliging without much regret. He listens to what Horatio has to say as he pours a rather generous glass of wine, his glowing eyes narrowed. He's not holding anything against the guy, far from it.

He understands that the Fog can't be touted through any organizations meant to be neutral. It makes sense. The Lighthouse and the Lucky are going to suffer enough from what's happened, and the very least they could do was have the courage to take it with grace.

...Being told he wouldn't be shut out though? Not entirely? Something about it makes Ryou's heart hurt. He isn't sure how to respond to it, other than to walk numbly towards the couch and offer the wine. What do you say to that?

"Would it be? Bullshit, I mean," he asks quietly. "That's more trouble than it's worth for you, right?"

It's not an accusation. It's curiosity...wrapped in an uneven mix of bitterness and some sincerity. It also sounds weird, perhaps, to hear Ryou say "bullshit."
