[Ryou nods to the first part. They had both needed someone to talk to, he'd simply been avoiding it until it culminated into a breakdown. Seems the other Yugi's got his head screwed on right in some ways, while Ryou has his own strengths. That's what being friends is for though. Balance.

He actually smiles at the thought. It's...nice. He's always deeply touched that anyone wants to be his friend after the things he's done, though to be fair, the other Yugi doesn't know what Ryou's been host to.
