The skulls, unfortunately, are not real. Not these ones, anyway. But they look rather convincing, because Ryou has embellished them with some paint, and at least one of them doubles as a lantern of sorts, because he worked a candle in there. If nothing else, the decor is...creative.
He leads the way to the kitchen, which is still just a bit too big for him to be used to, seeing as he's accustomed to apartment living. But...he's getting acclimated, slowly but surely. As he busies himself with making tea, he finally adds--]
